Trial court, having ruled that plaintiff’s defamation claims arose from protected activity in connection with a public issue, and that plaintiff could not prevail because the claims were barred by the litigation privilege, erred in allowing plaintiff to amend complaint to avoid granting of an anti-SLAPP motion as to all claims.
